Welcome to Texas Yoga Association

We intend to support and maintain freedom to teach and share the art of yoga and meditation as it was always intended by advocating politically for yoga in Texas; to facilitate a global transformation through action by demonstrating cooperation; and to shift old paradigms that include fear, greed, and competition into healthy, sustainable systems by promoting unity among our members and friends across the United States and beyond. We intend to also advocate for and promote the spirit of Texas Yoga and Texas Talent.

Family Practice - Dallas

September is National Yoga Month. To celebrate, Life in Deep Ellum and Super Yoga Palace present Family Practice, a complimentary simultaneous yoga class for the littlest to the big. The intention is to provide an opportunity on Saturday September 18th for all of Dallas (even the little ones) to come together and form a bond, build community, and connect. Plan to stay - free lunch provided by Lemon Grass will follow.

At 7 PM Live at Mokah, housed inside of Life in Deep Ellum, kicks off a benefit concert for the Texas Yoga Association. Dj Ewi, Luna Matto, and Mimo Morreale will be serenading you with their sweet tunes. Enjoy a fair trade coffee or tea in the venue or on the deck. Byob or wine, 5 dollar cork fee. 5 dollar cover benefits the Texas Yoga Association!

Houston area yoga studios Jennyoga, Joy Yoga, Yoga West, and YogaOne are pleased to announce the second annual Texas Yoga Conference "Yoga is for EVERYBODY" to be held on February 26 - 27, 2011, at the University of St. Thomas (UST), inside the Jerabeck Athletic Center in the heart of Houston, TX.
