Description

This workshop is an offering in  Nydia's Yoga Therapy Advanced Yoga Studies and is designed for NYT Advanced Yoga Studies students, yoga teachers, yoga teachers in training and serious yoga students who want to advance their understanding and recognition of how certain overuse injuries can occur during asana practice.   Students will learn how to identify and correct these problems as well as how to apply therapeutic principles in using asana to help correct and/or improve student performance in rehabilitation after injury. There will be a balance of lecture and asana practice that will allow the participant to absorb the material presented.  4 NYTAYS training hours will be awarded.  Also eligible for 4 hours toward the Hard & Soft Yoga Institute.
