Description

A fun, healthy, interactive program that addresses and manages anxiety, obesity, self abuse and violent behavior with a comprehensive, yoga program for total well-being. Combining kid friendly yoga postures to exercise the physical body controls anger and manages stress. Our classes incorporate strength, flexibility, flowing postures and breathing techniques to help release anger, excess energy and to help relax the body and calm the mind for a happy, healthy, peaceful child.
