Yogiños: Yoga for Youth™ - Children's yoga training is coming to Houston May 15-16. If you ever thought about teaching children's yoga or have children at home that you want to share the joy of yoga with, this training is for you!  Yogiños is a tri-lingual yoga for kids program in English, Spanish and Sanskrit that uses original music, games, stories, collaboration and sensory integrated activities to teach youth respect and awareness of self, others, and the environment both on and off the yoga mat.

Yoga training includes:

• Weekend of demonstrations, discussions and with your friends, colleagues and founder Elizabeth B. Reese, Ph.D.
• Curriculum book with educational and yoga philosophies, lesson plan forms and samples, trilingual chart and class ideas
• A to Z bilingual book of phrases
• Bilingual instructions designed to teach youth and families how to align bodies, hearts, and minds through breathing, cardiovascular and relaxation exercises
