The Master Class will include a talk/demo about the tremendous benefits of yogabhyasa (persistent yoga practice), a strong and simple well-rounded physical practice including challenging folds, bends, twists, arm balances, and inversions, guided pranayama (breathing exercise) and meditation. There will be modifications for ALL LEVELS and the intention is to move towards our own bliss. Bring a towel to mop up :)

$30 for individual, $40 per couple ($20/person)

Ricky Tran is an up-and-coming national yoga teacher. He has an incredible ability to pass on his deep understanding of many aspects of yoga. Ricky stumbled upon yoga a few years ago and his curiosity lead him to study under some of the most influential yoga teachers in the world. He has since learned to conquer his addictions and gain supreme control over his body and mind. Today, he travels the United States sharing his passion.
